Shipping Policy

Origins & Coverage

We ship worldwide from partners in China and Portugal, with QA conducted remotely by our team in France and Portugal.

Lead Times

Design mockup & approval: 2 business days; Production & QA: 10 business days (18k gold vermeil takes the longer end); Transit: 3–10 business days (estimate, varies by destination and selected method). Total from order to delivery: 15–22 business days.

DDP/DAP

We aim for DDP where feasible; otherwise DAP (you pay local duties/taxes). Checkout will indicate DDP/DAP.

Address & Changes

Address changes allowed until "Ready to Ship." No PO boxes where carrier prohibits.

Signature & Risk

Signature required above €/$250 unless you opt out (waiver). EU/UK: risk transfers at physical receipt; otherwise per local law/carrier terms.

Delays/Loss/Damage

Delays outside our control are not grounds for cancellation once production begins. Lost shipments replaced/refunded after carrier confirms. Damage claims within 7 days with photos.

Refused/Unclaimed

Returns may incur round-trip shipping and duties/taxes; discretionary buy-back: 100% before mockup validation, 10% per mockup deducted, minimum 35% if intact.

Customs

We declare truthfully; cannot under-declare or mark as gift.
