Shipping

Global; DDP where feasible; otherwise DAP. Timelines are estimates; risk allocation per Shipping Policy and applicable law.

For premium delivery tiers, insurance rates are fully reclaimable in case of any 12-hour answer delay from the client.

Returns

Customized goods are non-returnable except for defects; discretionary buy-back: 100% before mockup validation, 10% deducted per mockup sent, minimum 35% if intact and approved; duties/taxes non-refundable.

Warranty

1-year defects coverage; remedies per Warranty Policy.

PVD finishes only (PVD Silver, PVD Rose Gold, PVD Gold): additional lifetime coating warranty against peeling, flaking or wear-through of the bonded colour layer under normal wear, for the original purchaser. Excludes scratches, chemical damage, loss and third-party alteration. Other finishes are not covered by it; full terms in the Warranty Policy.

IP & Conduct

Our designs, marks, site and configurator are protected; no scraping, copying, or reverse engineering.

Force Majeure

No liability for events beyond reasonable control.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Delaware, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
